Our check-in was late, and by then, we found no nearby restaurants open for dinner. The staff were unhelpful, and when we finally got a meal, it was hard to enjoy as we couldn't get proper vegetarian options-really disappointing overall.

the location was perfect for visiting nearby falls and the lake, and the hotel offered a complimentary pick-up service from the station, which made getting there a breeze. i loved the traditional room with tatami flooring and enjoyed the relaxing onsen. the free snacks, drinks, and marshmallow roasting in the communal area were good touches that added to the overall experience. the staff were friendly and helpful, making my visit enjoyable.
No major downsides! 😊.

My family and I loved being there. Gorgeous and fantastic location, it was close to a bus station. Visited The Photographic Angle, one of the tourist spots, located around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not very good.

The onsen was a great relaxation spot, especially with the outdoor options, and the complimentary drinks and snacks made our stay feel special. The communal area was perfect for unwinding, and the nearby walks and shrines were highlights of our trip, offering nice family bonding moments.

Stunning views, divine onsen, and a surprisingly luxurious dorm room-who knew? Breakfast was a feast! But the online check-in? Oh, darling, I came for human interaction, not a tech support hotline! A true adventure.
